Of course...

democracy is a complicated thing and means different things to different people. It always has to change to adapt to changing circumstances and I believe if it is to survive it will have to change to adapt to a more interconnected world. No-one can be sure how and when though. That's why the EU is a 'project'. No-one knows what it will end up looking like.
