simple as I see it

the politician;s don;t really want the european constitution , but are afraid to be seena s racist or insular by coming out and saying so - by giving a referendum to the population they can deflect the blame away from themselves onto the no voters

the only premier who is for it seems to be our very own Mr Blair and he is determined to ride roughshod over us so he can be remebered as the great politician who reformed Europe

Leaves me cold
