Probably depends on the tenure of the social housing as well

If its intermediate/shared ownership housing then would not expect any issues.

If its social rented then you can get some problems depending on which HA it is and what type of tenants they put in them. i'm sure 99% of the time there is no problem at all but if you get the wrong family housed there for a while then i think there can occasionally be anti social behaviour type issues.
