You know you will get some stick for this question but it is valid.
I have an ex council I live in and the joined semi is fine - old school tenant lady in her seventies garden immaculate. Other side is some herberts twice a year fighting early hours and police visits once a month but saying that they always speak and no real bother but state of the garden might put off some purchasers of my house. Depends how close and what percentage are social housing.
