I would ask that question to the developer first of all

As the tenure can make a big difference. Shared equity and shared ownership are generally better than rented as the occupiers own a percentage of the house so tend to take more pride in it.

Developers should all be building tenure blind now so in terms of appearance the properties should look the same. May I ask who the developer is?
