I bought a brand new housr 4 years ago on a small estate with

social housing.

most of the occupants are lovely genuine decent people and a couple of families have been a pain in the arse, saying that house owners other places I have lived have equally been a pain in the arse. my estate has a nice blend really and all the kids that play at the park are all ok. I am not overly worried about my house price as I am not moving but I don't think my price would be affected.

As far as i know a developer can not build houses unless there is a percentage of social housing so if you are worried the I wouldn't buy a new house.
