I live on an estate, and if I put the postcode in, it's the most noise complaint part of the City. That said, the road is 600m long. I'm pretty sure it's further away from me cos I rarely hear a peep from the 20 flats around me

My mate moved to a terrace last year to be closer to town. He has issues with the rental people next door who either have loud sex regularly, or have music on very loud every night

If you can sneakilly talk to a few people a few doors down, you might get a scope of the area
