The thing with Crow is, what was the point of releasing him?

If nothing else, he was at least a decent, young prospect and was presumably earning peanuts and given that he ended up in League Two, I can't imagine that he was demanding a new big bucks contract. I can only think that it was somehow determined that he had a serious medical problem (I think someone said on here that he has dodgy knees, which doesn't appear to have slowed him down at Peterborough) or that he fell out with Worthy or someone else.

He may never come to anything, but, surely he had shown enough while he was here - including in a few Prem appearances - to keep him on for another few years.
