A question re the youth team

A few years ago Ryan Jarvis was ranked alongside Darren Bent. Since then the manager has signed 12 strikers and never given Ryan much of chance. Bent on the other hand was given a chance and has recently earned his first full international cap with one of the favourites for the next World Cup. Ryan Jarvis still plays for Norwich City reserves. Hey ho!
