I simply don't think there are enough scouts locally & the good ones are snapped up

by other Clubs. We still haven't recovered from the disbanding of the youth system a few years ago. I use to know alot of the scouts (not personally but by face) I don't know who they are anymore. A number of ex Norwich players scout for Ips**t in Norfolk & that really hacks me off. Sammy Morgan was brilliant but he had a falling out with the club & that seems to be par for the course.
