Thats the dilema isn't it, should we really be pushing school kids that hard. I guess it's the wrong way of looking at it and rather than pushing them I should be talking about 'supporting' them in their sport. I guess if the club were forcing kids through and then dumping them, we would complain about that just as much as not giving them a chance in the first place.
