Again I think it comes down to money and resources, i just think that if they conatcted

local people involved in youth football they could get more regular reports on talent in the more rural areas of the county. I know of four or five players that "maybe" could make the grade. Although I do not profess to be an expert I am sure that given professional coaching they would improve even more.
