no, I watch a lot of youth football in West Norfolk and there is a lot of talented boys

the problem seems to be that the scouts rarely look outside of Norwich and the close proximity, even the Norfolk schools squad is made up of predominantly Norwich boys.
Think it could be a case of looking further afield within the travelling time limitation.
