Chase v Delia. "a total mystery to me"

1) Money Out
"RT Chase is interested in the supply of technical services by a business of which he is a director" (1992 accounts)
Chase took a fee for his 'services'. Delia doesn't.

2) Money In
Chase never put a single penny of his own money into the club.
We know that Delia has made loans, written off interest and converted debt to equity. That is aside from the 'small things' (the kitchens refurb, the Bellamy jet)

3) Success, but at what cost?
Europe in 93 > relegation in 95 > near administration in 1996 ("the expenditure of Inter Milan and the income of Southend")

I know you are only a shaun-come-lately, but a little bit of research would help your understanding immensely.
