...once we had some success he cashed in the big players and we begun to lose momentum; that was when I became aware that some were f**ked off. He played a couple of particularly bad PR cards by stating Chris Sutton (one of our own) would not be sold or he'd go, and then doing the former but not the latter. Being interviewed, I think, on Football Focus, and essentially telling the fans to shut up as he'll do what he wants as he's the chairman. Things pretty much went nuclear from there...

Chase is like Brexit for Norwich fans in that he splits opinion. Personally I didn't like him for the stupid comments and the notion we were just a plaything (ironically something levelled at DS and MWJ)..

I prefer DS and MWJ as they do care about us and that matters as far as I'm concerned. We'll probably never be anything other than, at best, a yoyo club and that's fine by me...
