If Cullum was such a FAN where has he been all this time? Did he invest in the previous two public share offers. And did he become an Associate Director? (for the pocket-change sum of 25k)

If you are only offering investment at a time when you believe conditions are favourable then you are proving that you are a businessman first and a football fan second.

I repeat, if he was genuinely interested in helping he could chuck 5 mill into the pot, take his seat on the board and see how things went.

Effectively this is a hostile takeover, and they are seldom pretty.
