Agnew is an egotistical fool

Has plenty of form in throwing his toys out of the pram and getting in hissy fits at the slightest criticism. There have been a few pieces in Private Eye about his antics over the years.

Rafiq has been calling out some of Agnew’s best buddies (Vaughan, David Lloyd etc), so he’s gone into protection mode. Basically it’s attitudes like his that show the scale of the problem English cricket faces. Racism is not “banter” - it’s racism and needs stamping out. Whistleblowers need listening to - Yorkshire, loads of current and ex players and pundits have circled the wagons to protect their own. A reckoning is coming though and it’s deserved.

As for Garry Ballance, he’s clearly a vile individual.
