User Posted Link - won't report the link any more, but he says some countries may wait for the US data before using the AZ vaccine in older populations and that's ok. The UK has extrapolated safety in younger cohorts to the older ones and noted that of all the older people we have data on it's been a good story; so far there isn't enough data for a scientific conclusion to be drawn on effects in older people.

My Mum is an Older People; she was given the Pfizer one in Castle Mall the other day. I don't know if this was by accident or if the NHS is using Pfizer for oldies and AZ for younger care workers/NHS staff/teachers (eventually)/etc.
