Norwich is a city?

It faces the same problem of a lack of public money and physical space to site physically separated cycle lanes in a lot of areas it is a Medieval city after all. All road users have to share the same space, a street is not just a thing for motorists and/or cyclists. It should be a liveable space for everyone, not just motorist and cyclist. User Posted Link
