but i agree (to an extent) with your further post - there is s**t loads of private provision already in the NHS (eg GPs' surgeries)

Private does not automatically equate to bad healthcare, but equally true is that Public does not automatically equate to bad management

whichever system ends up being in place in 5 years time, more funding and investment is needed
