I've often tried to give my practical experiences of an alternative model which is highly functional and far more scalable, but whatever I might say the reaction is indeed either getting the stake ready or a reaction full of reported anecdotes about the US private system or BUPA. That's really not how it works over here. The governments have done a wonderful job of propaganda regarding the NHS, just as they have about the position of the UK in the modern world.
