definitely could be good counter-propaganda

but I think it could be very difficult to persuade many people to go public. A lot of them will probably have friends and family in Isis held areas that could come under threat. And even if not, they would probably move pretty near the top of any Isis target list.

Not to mention, I imagine they wouldn't be too well received in their own community in the UK, Germany or wherever.
