I've got something pretty ill informed to say, but it's what I think so here goes

all these events and actions, and people staying indoors because of a terror threat, is exactly what a terrorist organisation wants isn't it?

So why feed them with what they want, instead of feeding us the line that your resources are so stretched that people should stay away from undergrounds or travel to places

Everybody stopping what they're doing, and capitalism being pushed to a halt, is surely more damaging that a week last friday itself?
