Which prevent us from signing the kinds of players which Derby could last season, or Watford, Charlton, West Brom or Leicester can (and once QPR's takeover goes through, you can probably add them to this list too). That's what I meant - and in particular, that the first season PPP (post parachute payments) is bound to be the toughest. It was for Leicester - but they didn't give Levein the chance to finish the job.
