Pre-season i was really optimistic.

Seeing us win 12-0 at lowestoft didnt help.

There is clearly talent in our squad, but Dion aside we're in desperate need for some leaders. Players like Shackell wouldnt have done that 3 years ago with Malky, Flem and Iwan in the side, he'd have been hammered.
