Well-written bigfeller but

it's all too easy to do that isn't it?

I won't bother with the detail but I could just as easily write a story where the Board admits its error in appointing a novice (incidentally I take issue ith your use of the words 'intelligent' and 'deep thinker' in connection with Grant) and replaces him before it's too late with an experienced campaigner, used to working in difficult circumstances who is actually capable of motivating and organising players.

The end result in my version of the story is that the team rediscovers success.
