You accused me of exploiting allowances bands and valuations

It’s fairly simple really, if you want the house you pay the stamp duty.
And if you want the rental income you pay the tax on it - as previously stated I pay what I owe.
You are clearly trying to defend Angela Rayner, she did not seek sufficient advice and thought she could avoid the stamp duty charge. Guess what? HMRC won’t be as lenient with her as you and she is probably facing a big fine for this “mistake”.
For the avoidance of doubt are you a Labour voter?
