I’ve never sold a house so can’t answer that question

I’ve used the Telegraph as they are the newspaper who revealed this sordid story and kept digging to find additional information.
Not sure how that can viewed as naive - the article flags some pretty serious potential issues.
Is the Rayner family house worth £650k 4 years after being purchased for £375k? It’s a valid question to ask as property inflation in general has not been at that level.
*If* the Rayners did sell their stake in the former family home to their disabled son’s trust for more than it was actually worth to enrich themselves then good on the DT for flagging it.
Pretty f**king despicable stuff - if they are guilty of course.
Hopefully we will find out more in time.
