I don't think Flem is vocal enough during play, organising the defence,

getting players to concentrate...maybe he has to much to worry about in his own game especially as now he is playing out on the right.

As for Hughes, the is encouragement and there is leadership...I think Hughes comes in the first. To me he is not an inspiring leader

but of course none of us know what is said in the changing room
