but that is hindsight talking. You can buy leadership, you have to buy the right player. Worthy seems totally against buying players who may at some point disagree with him. Which for me is one of characteristics of leadership, continual questioning of those above you. I think Worthy sees it as undermining his overall authority. Afterall we got rid of Boothroyd for that reason. Could you imagine the situayeshun now if we had boothroyd waiting in the backroom. I think the desicion would be a no brainer for the board then
