1. very few clubs ever get players slating teh manager in public

2. we don't have disgruntled players putting in transfer requests (you've forgotten Ashton already I see) because they know no-one esle out there would be stupid enough to pay them as much as we are. And why would disgruntled players put in transfer requests? They know they just have to wait it out and he'll be gone. He's past the point of no return. he has nothing left (continually muttering about "hard work" isn't a solution) and it's just a mater of time.
