Worthy arsed about trying to find a replacement and in the end had to settle for a panic buy in Doherty. Helveg was the only one in that team that seemed to have any leadership qualities (Worthy hated playing him) and now we have hooozes....who claps a lot, Flem who isn't the most vocal on the pitch.

Shack seemed to be the organiser at the end of last season but since has fallen out of favour and been injured. Green is always vocal maybe he should be leading the players?
