Not once did I or any of my mates ever think "we'll never be them" or anything like it. I've never understood why so many Town fans think any Norwich fans would ever think in those terms.

We recognised they were the stronger side just then but always believed that we would become the stronger of the two over time. Just as has happened (though it took a decade or two not the year or two we always thought it would take!). We've clearly been the bigger, stronger, more successful club for some decades now, though.

Neither do I think that's irreversible: it isn't. They are in a right hole, though, just at the minute.
