The fasting thing is quite easy really

If you eat your last meal by say 7pm then don't have breakfast before 7am you're fasting 50% of the time. No nibbles in between obviously.
Just lifestyle really but quite effective.

I found with keto that weight loss was phenomenal but trying to do any serious training at the same time was extremely difficult.
