Does anyone on here use protein shakes?

Since the new year I’ve made a continued effort to shift some pounds... On New Year’s Day I was 100kg and today about 93kg.

I’ve turned my house into a mini gym, I try to run everyday for about 30/45 minutes depending on pace. I’ve also got a spinning bike that helps when I can’t get out to run! Plus dumbbells, doing squats sits ups home stuff.
I’ve been eating quite sensibly as well and I do start to feel a bit better

Is there anything else I can do, I see friends with these protein shakes popping diet pills but they are proper into the gym and aren’t over weight like me!

Any tips to increase weight loss
