Made no difference I could tell in terms of building muscle, but I was doing an awful lot of cardio at the time. I think you have to be doing some serious resistance work for them to make any difference. Agree with the other poster who talked about cutting down of pasta, bread etc. It’s what I do if a put a bit of timber on. Disappears in a couple of weeks when cutting out refined carbs.
