yep, that's exactly my concern with our approach this season

I don't see the need to change the philosophy and basically start again, when you have a squad with a lot of players who have got out of the division before, and several really talented youngsters, who could surely be pushing for at least the play-offs if a manager was getting the best out of them.

The time for changing philosophy on and off the pitch, is surely when you have nothing to lose. Which will be next season, once our 'stars' have all left. Rather than wasting our last season for the forseeable future with such talents, because we're a work in progress and its all about transition.
