Jim's question was about the media coverage, which is what he's seen complaints about

as to whether those complaints are justified in this instance, i have no idea.

as that piece clearly states the CPS clearly did define it as terrorism

being as the suspected terrorist wasn't killed there are very different legal considerations that the media are having to be very mindful of in their reporting than if he was dead - then it's very much a free for all.
