that's just a broadcasters opinion

the difference in charging and sentencing of terror related offences to plain murder is that the perpetrator won't necessariily be considered for automatic release half-way through his or her sentence unless they are deemed to no longer be a danger to the public. so i'm ok for every tom jim and mohammed to argue the toss over semantics on t**tter it seems the cps and judicial system might actually be best placed to make the decision after all.
