the loons at Westminster bridge weren't trying to build a caliphate, they were trying to kill people indiscriminately. ditto the Lee Rigby attackers. As was this latest chap.

Anyway it's semantics.

But its interesting to me though that the whole issue of 'is it even terrorism?' gets an airing when it's not perpetrated by radicalized Muslims.
