What would Labour do differently? Have they promised to repeal whatever changes the Coalition has made that have led to the current crisis?

Is the retention problem just at the junior end or is it across the spectrum?

Would be interestign to see comparison stats of retention rates across teaching/medical/legal/accountancy/banking professions.

(Genuine rhetorical questions, not picking arguments. I don't have a political dog in this fight beyond getting grumpy when parties get blamed for things that they don't really control or get lauded as potential saviours when they wont actually do anything differently. And we've got another 36 days of this to come.... )
