similar recruitment crisis in engineering, manufacturing, hotel/restaurent industry, aeronautical industry etc etc... you can use stats in a political argument as you want. I bet theres a higher percentage of people who travel for the right job, emigrate, take domestic caerrs andforeign secondment more frequently these days...

the worlds a smaller place and migration ebbing/flowing in any industry in higher than it ever was....
