Feel for you... went through something very similar and

complicated by us living 200 miles apart. The sudden no contact bit was the most awful part of the whole thing. Not knowing what was going on. In the end I had to email her - just with my thoughts and questions, in a sober, non-judgemental way and the answers were eventually forthcoming.

I hope it works out for you - I know only too well the crushing heartbreak. It does ease with time.

As others on here have said - spend time with your kids and friends. Keep busy.
