You need to give it some time. A few days, a week or two maybe.

This might be an impulsive decision of hers and one which will not be changed - for now - by you contacting her. Persuasion/coercion won't work right now.

Take some deep breaths and try your very best to step away from the situation, albeit briefly. It will work itself out... but don't force it.

Really hope you can get through this.
