You know the easy bit - allow yourself to grieve, then move on - but you also know the hard bit: it takes time. These things, especially when they come out of the blue, are a shock and lead us to question ourselves. It may be that she'll talk to you later, or maybe not. Take a day at a time, focus on what you can control not what you can't, spend time with the kids and your mates. "Let go" is easy to say and hard to do, but at some point you will. Until then stay close to people who are important to you. Sorry you're going through this.
