Ryan J : 3 league STARTS 3 league goals - needs a run of games but will he get it under

Worthy ? I think its too early to write Ryan off - if Worthy is not going to give him a run he should be allowed to go on loan to see what he can do at say Colchester Utd or Northampton and then consider whats next.
