If Jarvis bulked up, he would be a better player IMO

Being tall and light weight can work though - if you're 6 foot 7 like Peter Crouch! But that's super tall.

If I was Worthington, I would tell Ryan Jarvis that he has to produce when he gets his chance (I'm sure he already has said that to be honest). But he has to do it.

Also, I'm not convinced Ian Henderson has a long term future. I mean, he still hasn't nailed down a first team place. Yes he's a squad player, but he doesn't ever seem like he will establish himself. He has done better than Jarvis though, possibly with less talent.
