To be fair...

Those two players done it at Premier League level and are both top, top players. Ryan is trying to make it at Norwich City - a club where maybe instant success isn't so important as developing over quite a few years in to either a sellable asset or someone who hasn't made it and can try his luck elsewhere.

Just dont feel we have seen enough to judge him that well.
