Reaching out for care home advice or information. Desperate

I am currently in Alicante. My father is dying in an Alicante hospital. My mother has dementia. We have have been estranged for 10 years or so. My father's will written in 2017 leaves everything first to my mother. It only mentions predeceased, the 2006 version did mention mental capacity. I need to get my mother back to the UK for care but there is very little money because the vast majority of money is locked up in the house here which I cannot sell due to my mother not being able to give the nod to do so. I have been advised to get deputyship back in the UK but I don't have knowledge on how to obtain care in the UK straight away as my house is unsuitable for her needs. She has been out of the UK for over 25 years. She does receive a UK pension. Any advice on the care side of things would be gratefully received as I am really struggling with the situation here. I live in East Yorkshire.
