yeah, it's a tough job

and Webber perhaps made a rod for his own back in a way by doing so well in his first couple of seasons. But it really does seem to have been all over the place in the last couple of years. Same with the managerial appointments - there no longer seems to be a clear plan of what we are trying to achieve on the pitch.
